VEHICLE DAMAGE & ARMOR CALCULATOR
Simulate sequential ordnance detonations, structural component degradation, and hull burn thresholds across land armor and helicopters.
Chassis ballistic thresholds, component health pools, and damage routing ratios are calculated directly from community game data under CC BY-SA 4.0.
Hover a zone to identify structural hitboxes. The primary hull absorbs bleed-through from secondary components.
Subsequent ordnance impacts apply this selected munition. Combine varying payloads in a sequence.

VEHICLE DESTRUCTION PROTOCOLS & BALLISTIC ARCHITECTURE
STRUCTURAL HITBOXES & COMPONENT INTEGRITY
Vehicles feature modular sub-components with independent health pools, including engine blocks, fuel cells, and wheel or track assemblies. In rotary aircraft, destruction of tail or main rotor components immediately triggers aircraft loss.
RADIAL BLAST ENVELOPES & GROUND DETONATIONS
High-explosive munitions radiate an expanding blast shockwave. When a charge detonates within its effective radius, the shockwave applies radial damage across adjacent sub-components simultaneously, routing cumulative damage into the main hull.
CRITICAL COMBUSTION & 15-SECOND BLEEDOUT
When primary chassis health drops below the 10% critical threshold, engine degradation and combustion effects trigger, followed by a 15-second structural countdown to catastrophic destruction.
SMALL ARMS BALLISTICS VS REINFORCED CHASSIS
Standard infantry bullet calibers receive a 97.5% damage reduction against armored chassis panels, while fuel cells take increased damage and route post-destruction damage into hull health.
VEHICLE DAMAGE FAQ
How many explosive hits are required to destroy a vehicle?
Hits to destroy depend on munition base damage, radial blast factor, and structural routing into the main health pool. A full-health Ural requires 7 direct RPG-7 hits to reach 0 hull health.
Which vehicle components route damage to main health?
Sub-components route damage into chassis health based on routing ratios: wheels transfer 25% damage to hull, and fuel tanks transfer 25% pre-destruction and 100% post-destruction damage into main health.
Do anti-tank mines and C4 eliminate vehicles in a single blast?
AT Mines and IEDs deliver 300 base explosive damage within their effective radius, while C4 deals 250 base damage. Light vehicles like the Bobcat (200 HP) are destroyed in a single blast, whereas heavier chassis require multiple charges.
